The Wattle Park Chalet In The Morning

One of the reasons old buildings are attractive to me might simply be that they’re old and irreplaceable. I like old things due to my past career experience – hence ‘antiques’ – and buildings are no exception. The story behind an old building often speaks to me of another time, of particular events, of old crafts, and even of particular historical characters. It’s a bridge between the past, the present, and the future.
